We only have three types of Teslas in our fleet: the Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3, all of which are fully electric, ensuring a clean and sustainable travel experience.
How can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made online through our website or by calling our customer service. We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, especially for special events or peak times.
Is there a minimum booking time?
No, there is no minimum booking time required.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, which is outlined at the time of booking.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, child seats are available upon request for free. Please let us know in advance if you need one for your booking.
