Welcome to Crystal Limo. These Terms govern your use of the website crystallimo.ae (“Site”) and the limousine services we offer. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Site or Services on behalf of a company or another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site and Services.

Services Provided

Crystal Limo provides high-end luxury transportation services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Corporate Travel: Chauffeured rides for business meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Airport Transfers: Professional transportation to and from major airports.
  • Private Tours: Luxury tours around Dubai and the UAE.
  • Special Events: Transport for weddings, parties, and other special events.

These services are available to individuals and businesses in Dubai, UAE, and surrounding areas. The availability of services may vary depending on your location and the type of service requested.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. When booking a service through our Site, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you create an account with Crystal Limo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Protect the confidentiality of your account login details and password.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether the activity is authorized by you or not.

Booking and Payment

Bookings for limousine services must be made via the Site or through authorized channels. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as offered by the Site.

All booking confirmations are subject to availability. Crystal Limo reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, especially if payment is not received, or if the booking violates any of these Terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel or modify your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made a minimum of [insert time frame] before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. The amount refunded will depend on when the cancellation is made:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: 80% refund.

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact our customer service team. Modifications are subject to availability, and we may require you to pay any additional fees incurred as a result of the changes.

User Conduct

By using the Site and our services, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Site or interfere with the use of the Site by other users.

Force Majeure

Crystal Limo shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events outside our control.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively through arbitration, and any legal action must be filed in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
